SPECIAL MEETING
August 11, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
2nd floor conference room, City Hall
Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe, Megan Kramer, Amy Alkire, Robert Newsome
Members Absent:    Faye Brown
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Attorney Sarah Sonsalla, Finance Director Jerome Illg
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion McGrath, second Newsome to approve the agenda. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
New Business:
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3 (c)(3) – to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property for land identified as Parcel 22.00164.03 in Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Motion McGrath, second Newsome, to close meeting pursuant to MN Statute Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c)(3) to develop or consider offers or counter offers for the purchase or sale of real property for land identified as Parcel 22.00164.03 in Wabasha County, Minnesota.  All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion Alkire, second Boe, to open the meeting. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion Newsome, second Alkire, to adjourn at 5:49 p.m. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
