Wabasha Count Board of Adjustment - Nov. 12 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Wabasha County Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings starting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 for the purpose of hearing evidence regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing on the after-the-fact variance application submitted by Paul Zimmerman requesting to expand a nonconforming structure in the bluff impact zone. The subject property is Wabasha County Parcel R01.00308.00 and is located in Section 30, Township 110 North, Range 14 West of Chester Township (63409 County Road 1, Mazeppa, MN).
The public hearings will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota. Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
The applications are on file in the Wabasha County Zoning Department and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
