City of Lake City - Board of Adjustment - Dec. 4 Hearing

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Craig & Connie Atkinson (applicant) for a variance to allow a dwelling and attached garage 15’ to the rear yard instead of the required 20’ setback (variance of 5’) and 4 feet from the side street (Minnesota Street) instead of the required 15’ setback (variance of 11’) for property at 802 S. Lakeshore Dr., Lake City legally described as: Lake City Lot 001 Block 088 & Northwesterly 25’ of Lot 2 Block 88.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
