Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown, Amy Alkire
Members Absent:    Robert Newsome
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitchell Rigelman, Ambulance Director Sara Rybarczyk, Police Chief Cory Kubista, City Clerk Michelle Seydel
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion Brown, second Kramer to adopt the agenda.  All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
City Administrator update on pay study position and grade classifications.
Motion Boe, second Brown to adjourn the meeting at 5:59 p.m. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
