Our Braver Angels workshop, Depolarizing Ourselves, was an opportunity for 39 of our citizens to learn ways we can depolarize within ourselves when we disagree with others about important topics.
We practiced ways to recognize our own unhelpful personal tendencies to use extreme polarizing language and poor listening skills when we disagree strongly with others.
