Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown, Amy Alkire, Robert Newsome
Members Absent:    None
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Attorney Sarah Sonsalla, City Clerk Michelle Seydel, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitch Rigelman
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion McGrath, second Boe to adopt the agenda. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Informational Reports
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statues Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c)(3) – to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property for land identified as Parcel 22.00164.03 in Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Motion Boe, second Kramer to close the meeting at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statues Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c)(3) – to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property for land identified as Parcel 22.00164.03 in Wabasha County, Minnesota. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion McGrath, second Alkire to open the closed meeting at 5:48 p.m. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by McGrath, second Newsome to adjourn at 5:49 p.m. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
