Girls wrestlers close regular season strong
The Lake City High School girls wrestling team put the finishing touches on their regular season schedule with another strong performance against St. Charles and Cannon Falls, competing in 20 individual matches and winning 12 of them.
Picking up victories for the Tigers were senior Eva Fort and eighth grader Tayvin Skoug with 2 pins each. Freshmen Re’Ale Parker, Tahli Meyer, Chloe Benedict and Kylin Muenkel also picked up pins as did senior Madyson Skifton, sophomore Andrea Garcia Gardea and eighth grader Bryleigh Swinnerton.
