PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Tom Olson for a conditional use permit for a garage larger than 1,000 square feet (1,380 square feet). The property is located at 1414 S Oak St and legally described as: LAKE CITY Lot-007 Block-095 & LOTS 8, 9 & 10 BLK 95 & NWLY 14’ VAC OHIO ST ADJ LOT 8 & NWLY 24’ VAC OHIO ST ADJ LOT 9 Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
