Members Present: Brian Quinn, Amy Alkire, Megan Kramer, Robert Newsome, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe
Members Absent:    Faye Brown
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitch Rigelman, City Clerk Michelle Seydel    
Call to Order and Introductions
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Quinn at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review, Adopt, or Amend Agenda
Motion by McGrath, second Newsome to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes, 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Informational Reports
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals.
Motion by Boe, second Kramer to close the meeting at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals. All ayes, 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by McGrath, second Newsome to open the closed meeting at 5:53 p.m. All ayes, 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Kramer, second Newsome to adjourn the meeting at 5:54 p.m. All ayes, 6-0-0. Motion carried.
