NOTICE of HEARING on PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
6:00 P.M., Monday, June 15, 2026 Florence Township Town Hall
May 28, 2026
    Notice is hereby given that the Florence Township Board will meet in the township board chambers at the Township Hall located at 33915 Hwy 61, Frontenac Station at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, June 15, 2026, to consider the paving of the following streets:  Levi Path from Staehli Park Road to Ida Path and Ida Path from Staehli Park Road to a point approximately 335 ft. north of the Levi Path intersection with bituminous pavement, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements includes the abutting properties of the streets described above. The estimated cost of the improvement is $325,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
