Friends of Hok-Si-La plan events, recruit members

The Friends of Hok-Si-La (FOH) is a newly created group of Lake City residents who have come together to accomplish the mission of “working to preserve and enhance the park’s natural beauty and community spaces for generations to come.”
The FOH group has joined with the Parks and Trails Council of Minnesota as a fiscal sponsor and for support with growing the mission of Friends of Hok-Si-La.
