City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Hearing - Flood Plain Management

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Planning Commission will consider an amendment to the Municipal Code, Title XV Land Use, Chapter 151, Flood Plain Management. The purpose of the amendment is to add the General Floodplain §151.70 to the Ordinance that was adopted on June 8, 2026 and effective July 21, 2026.
    All persons desiring to speak on this item are encouraged to attend.
