Harbor master speaks to Kiwanis Club

Lake City Marina Harbor Master Jeff Brand was the guest speaker at the Lake City Kiwanis Club annual meeting.
Brand worked at the marina under Jim Springer for five years during his school years and was hired by then-Harbor Master Mark Lutjen in 1992. He became Harbor Master in 2018.
