Arlan Gilmeister obit

Arlan “Gil” Gilmeister, age 86 of Hastings, Minnesota went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2026.
He is survived by his son Michael (Ann) Walker, daughter Jodi (Tom) Reimers, daughter Jill Roy, and Six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Harold and Lila Gilmeister, his wife Patricia, and his daughter Linda. He was a devoted husband, dedicated father, and a very proud grandfather. He leaves behind many special friendships, and lots of cherished memories.         Service will be held at Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove on Saturday, September 12. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. and services will be at 11 a.m.
 Lunch will be provided following the service.
