Letter: Take time to vote Aug. 9
To the editor:
I am writing this editorial as a longtime member of this community. Yes, I am running for another term on the City Council. This is about asking local residents to get out and vote in the Primary Aug. 9. Take time out of your busy schedule to vote or stop at City Hall for an absentee ballot to vote prior to the Primary.
It is unusual to have 12 individuals seeking office as members of the City Council. Please review the Graphic questions and candidate responses carefully. Vote for the candidates that represent your personal views.
