Letter: Golf carts overly regulated

To the editor:

The next meeting of the Public Safety Board will be Wednesday, Aug 3, at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall. I urge all interested persons who own golf carts and those who are interested to attend this meeting. In fact, I urge everyone to attend to see how such meeting are run.

There has been no problem with the use of golf carts in Lake City for the seven years that citizens have been able to drive them on city streets, but now some of those in power want to limit the use of them from downtown.
