Facing rain, walking group heads to library

The 2016 Walking Lake Pepin/Active Living fitness challenge “Lace ’em Up and Go” finale event was held Thursday, Aug. 18. Threatening weather required a change of venue to the Lake City Public Library but 15 participants were there to celebrate meeting their fitness goals over the past 10 weeks.
