Letter: Township can't seem to keep its story straight
To the editor:
After reading the township attorney’s comments in the Saturday, Aug. 27 edition of the Post Bulletin, I felt the need to set the record straight. Unlike the township, I can substantiate what I am saying. I requested minutes of the West Albany Township meetings and learned the township regularly makes decisions outside of its monthly meeting (when no minutes are recorded). In response to my request for minutes, the board created a policy to charge for the minutes. When I tried to purchase minutes, I was denied and asked if I was trying to “hang them.”
