Tennis tandem takes third at Section 1AA
The Lake City Tiger girls tennis team played in the Section 1AA Singles and Double Tournament at the Rochester Athletic Club Oct. 12 and Oct. 18.
Lake City participants included, singles: Sarah Ziebarth (9) and Kaylee Muenzhuber (8) and doubles: Kasi Cronin (11) and Ashley Thieren (10) and Emma Brunkow (9) and Renae Harvey (9).
Sarah Ziebarth lost to Kylie Modjeski of Winona Cotter in her first round of singles play, 0-6, 0-6.
Kaylee Muenzhuber lost to Molly Belda of Rochester Lourdes in her first round of singles play, 0-6, 0-6.
