Wabasha County Sheriff Rodney Bartsh was fined $100 after failing to register a harvested deer in Winona County, according to reports by WCCO-TV and the Wabasha County Herald.

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) issued the fine. Bartsh was cited for failing to register the deer within 48 hours as required.
