Home Health Care at Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing has earned four of five stars in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) newly created star ratings. Only 10 percent of home health care agencies in Minnesota earned four stars; the state average is three stars and no agencies received five stars. The national average is three stars.
