Torch: New year's resolutions

The new year is here and people have started resolutions.  People set these resolutions to change themselves in a way that will make them a better person, some resolutions being more drastic than others.   What is more important than the resolution itself is for people to stick with their resolutions and not give up.

One of the reasons people quit their resolutions early in the game is because the resolution is not reasonable and is too drastic of a change for the person.  Resolutions need to be challenging, but also healthy for an individual.
