Holy Week celebration starts with Palm Sunday
Holy Week starts April 9 with Palm Sunday services at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Lake City at 10 a.m. with celebrant Rev. Phil McNairy. Everyone is welcome to join St. Mark’s for this worship that includes the Passion of Christ as the sermon with the congregation participating.
On April 13, St. Mark’s will have a Maundy Thursday service at 7 p.m. with Rev. Barb Mathias and Rev. Lynn Sprick. This service is usually the beginning of the passion and held in quiet reverence.
