Bike to work day is May 19
May is all about spring, planting gardens and National Bike Month, sponsored by the League of American Bicyclists, bikeleague.org.
Each year the League sponsors Bike to Work Day and The National Bike Challenge. Both events are nationwide events uniting thousands of current bicyclists — and encouraging countless new riders.
These are free and easy ways to challenge yourself, your colleagues and the Lake City community to ride more while competing on a local, state and national level.
