Tiger fifth grade boys win Pacesetter tourney

The Lake City boys fifth grade basketball team coached by Jason Lorenson won the Pacesetter Minnesota Invitational State Tournament on June 10 at Maple Grove. The tournament is for teams who had just one loss in the regional tournaments in the spring.
Lake City defeated Lake Crystal-Wellcome-Memorial 33-22, Minnesota Valley Lutheran 39-24 and Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton 40-27.
