Doris Baader Obituary

Doris Baader, 99, of Lake City, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System - Lake City Care Center.
    Doris was born June 24, 1918 in Maxville, Wis. On Nov. 20, 1937, Doris married Lester Baader, and they made their home in Nelson, Wis. She enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo.  In 2012, Doris moved to Lake City.
    Doris is survived by her grandson, Robert “Bob” (Darla Oelkers) Johnson of Lake City and her cat “Babe” She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Baader; daughter, Shelby Johnson; son, Billy Baader.
    A funeral service will be held Friday, June 30, 1 p.m. at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson-Peterson Chapel in Lake City with Rev. Scott Fiege officiating. Committal will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Nelson Cemetery in Nelson, Wis. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Online condolences can be sent at www.mahnfamilyfuneral home.com.
