Walkers return to Hok-Si-La trails

Wednesday, Aug. 2, the group walk for Walking Lake Pepin will return to Hok-Si-La Park.  The group will walk around the south loop in the park,  learn the secret of performing the monkey fist rope trick and gather for a campfire with s’mores.
Walking poles will again be available for those walkers who want to use them.  The group will meet at the park office at 6 p.m. Anyone in the community interested in joining the walking group is invited to come. People do not need to have signed up for the Walking Lake Pepin challenge to attend.  Everyone is welcome.
