Area law enforcement receives NMEC training in Washington, D.C.

Lake City Chief of Police Cory Kubista, Plainview Chief of Police Tim Schneider and Wabasha County Sheriff Rodney Bartsh attended the National Missing and Exploited Children (NMEC) training in Washington, D.C. The training was an overall approach to tackling online predators and also some other techniques in keeping their communities safe from child exploitation. The training was funded by a grant through the federal government.
