New Zumbro Falls bulletin board is more than an Eagle Scout project

Dakota Makokis, a Boy Scout from Troop 94 in Lake City recently presented Zumbro Falls City Council with a outdoor community bulletin board.
The project is more than a step on Makokis’ journey to become an Eagle Scout; it’s a way to say thanks to a community that was there when he needed them.
