How announces second bid for secretary of state
Former State Senator and Red Wing Mayor John Howe has announced he will seek the Republican endorsement for Minnesota Secretary of State.
Howe said he is prepared to bring his combination of public and private sector experience to the race.
“My private sector experience can be invaluable in making government more efficient and responsive to its constituents,” Howe said. “I’m excited about the chance to improve the many different ways the Secretary of State’s office interacts with Minnesotans.”
