Easy dehydrating tips to be offered at the library May 17

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to join them on Thursday, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. when Minnesota author Teresa Marrone returns to talk about the benefits and ease of dehydrating your meats, fruits, herbs, and vegetables. This event is free to the public and takes place at the library.
The discussion will focus on how to dry fruits and vegetables at their peak, giving guests a way to stock the pantry with apple rings, mango slices, banana chips, dried soup beans, tomatoes, and much more for year-round enjoyment.
