Letter: Thanks to all who give blood
To the editor:
Whether whole blood or power red donors, the Lake City area continues to support the American Red Cross and its regular blood drives. The May 10-11 drive gathered 84 units of blood to help fill needs in our region and around the country.
We wish to thank the United Methodist Church for the use of their building, callers, set-up and take-down crews, those who put up posters around town, all volunteers who worked at the site, and the members of First Lutheran Church for serving the evening and noon meals to workers.
