Boys tennis is eliminated from 4A tournament play

The Lake City boys tennis team paired up with No. 3 seed Minnehaha Academy-North Campus in the Section 4A team tournament May 15, losing 5-2 in the first round.
Scoring points for Lake City were Mitch Medvec at No. 1 singles, 1-6, 6-2, 10-6 tiebreaker and Ryan Heise at No. 4 singles, 3-6, 7-5, 10-4 tiebreaker.
Alex Holmgren was outplayed 0-6, 0-6 at No. 2 singles and Jacob Miller was denied 1-6, 1-6 at No. 3 singles.
