Wabasha County Board renews lease with Wabasha PD
At their regular meeting on July 17, the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners approved an open-ended criminal justice center (CJC) office space lease agreement between the county and the City of Wabasha.
In Aug. 2013, the county board had discussed the possibility of leasing space in the CJC to the City of Wabasha for the purpose of housing the Wabasha Police Department.
At a subsequent meeting, they approved leasing space for Wabasha Police Department at the CJC. Previously, the Wabasha Police Department had been housed at the City Hall.
