County Road 3 reopens

Wabasha County Highway 3 from Highway 60 to Highway 63 has reopened to traffic.
It was closed for resurfacing.
The Wabasha County Highway Department advises drivers to use caution because work is ongoing at areas adjacent to the road and traffic control signs are removed.
