St. John’s to host mission speaker Feb. 3
Mission Fest will be celebrated on Sunday, Feb. 3, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lake City. The Rev. Dr. Lawrence Olson will be the guest worship leader. Dr. Olson is a professor of theology at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minn., where he teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate level courses. He also serves as the director of staff ministry and congregational assistant programs. Dr. Olson’s sermon will follow the theme: God’s Church Grows Up, Together, Out.
