To the editor:
In response to the July plea for blood, donors in the Lake City area stepped forward to give 94 units. This tremendously successful drive brings the total units collected in the three drives sponsored by the local committee to 267 so far this year. Thank you to everyone who offered their blood to the countless people around the country who need blood at a moment’s notice.
