Beverly Garrett obituary

Beverly May Garrett, 92, of Lake City, Minn. passed away Jan. 17, 2021.
Bev was born May 20, 1928 in Cannon Falls, Minn., the daughter of Arthur and Emily Pagel. She graduated from Cannon Falls High School and after graduation met and married Clifford Garrett in 1947.
Her years working in the bakery business with her husband Cliff was what they both loved, Garrett Bakery – Often Buttered, Never Better. She loved Lake Benton, Minn., So. St. Paul, Minn., Lake City, Minn. and Forest Lake, Minn. She enjoyed many years with family at their cabin in Cumberland, Wisc. and also winters living in Apache Junction, Ariz.
Bev is survived by two daughters, Cynthia (Chuck) Plote and Rosalie (Randy) Pearson; grandsons Jeremy (Michelle) Plote and Jesse (Kelly) Plote; great-grandchildren Bristol, Riley, Madeline, Alexander and Anderson Plote; step-grandchildren Derck and Nicole; three step-great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clifford and sister Deloris Berg.
Due to COVID, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
