Jeanne Moline obituary

Jeanne (Akeson) Molinepassed away peacefully on February 24, 2026. She is survived by her beloved daughter Barb Mitchell and son-in-law Scott Mitchell; daughter-in-law Martha Morgan; grandchildren David (Michelle) Mitchell and Jennifer Mitchell; and great grandchildren Isobel and Josephine Mitchell. She is preceded in death by her husband Curt Moline; and sons Greg and Chuck Moline.
Jeanne grew up in Frontenac, Minnsota and attended Lake City High School where she was Class of 1945 valedictorian. She met and married Curt in 1946 and raised their three children in Roseville, Minnesota. She was a devoted member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Arden Hills, Minnesota. She and Curt enjoyed many years of social gatherings with their TOPS group. Jeanne was an avid reader and loved to sew and do needle work.
The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers of The Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center, and her team from North Memorial Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to North Memorial Health Foundation.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, with visitation starting at 10:30 a.m. at Hillside Chapel, 2610 19th Ave. NE, Mpls.
