Letter: Helpful stranger follows golden rule
Sunday afternoon at about 2 p.m. after the big snow storm, I was out trying to shovel and there was about two inches of ice under the snow, so it was tough going.
It was snowing and I was getting tired. Since Ron has two kinds of cancer and other health issues, I didn’t want him out there shoveling, I told him to stay inside. I have had surgery on my left thumb, but I figured if I took it in small doses, I could get it done.
