Letter: What's so sensible about sensible gun safety
To the editor:
A recent letter to the Graphic attacks Rep. Jason Lewis and his support for Second Amendment rights, calling for “sensible gun safety.”
The problem with that concept is that it is rarely defined. We all want sensible rules and laws, but the moment you ask for specifics from anti-gun people, the concept melts away. Usually, when pressed, gun-control advocates propose banning magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
