CITY OF HAMMOND
NOTICE OF LATE FILING DATES FOR AFFIDAVITS
OF CANDIDACY
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 205.13, Subd. 2, that any person eligible and desiring to have their name placed on the official ballot as a candidate for a City of Hammond, Minnesota elective office to be voted for at the primary election on August 11, 2026, if required, and the general election on November 3, 2026, shall file their affidavit of candidacy at the City Clerk’s Office, 320 E. Center Street, Hammond, MN 55991, from the dates of July 14, 2026 at 8:00 AM. through July 28, 2026 at 5:00 P.M.

Elective offices are:

Mayor 4 year term
Council Member 1st Ward
   4 year term
Council Member 3rd Ward
   4 year term
