NOTICE OF
SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a special meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Mark Fulton and Brian and Tracie Henkel, for a planned unit development amendment for Golf Cottages at the Jewel Lot 2 Block 3 to be split in half. The property is located at 505 Cedar Dr., Lake City.
The public hearing about this matter is closed but any interested parties may attend the special meeting. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
