City of Lake City Board of Adjustment - Blattner Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 to consider a request submitted by Brett Blattner, for 1030 South 10th Street, Lake City, Minnesota, legally described as: LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF THE PETERS 2ND ADDITION SUBDIVISION, LAKE CITY, WABASHA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The applicant is requesting a variance from the side yard/secondary front setback requirement of the Low-Density Residential zoning district.  The City requires that all structures shall be at least 15 feet from side/secondary front property line, and the applicant’s request is for the City to allow a new detached accessory structure to be built 10 feet from the property line.   
All persons desiring to address the Commission regarding this agenda item are welcome to address the Board during the public hearing.
