City of Lake City - Board of Adjustment - Hacker Variance

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Andy Huettl (applicant) on behalf of Christopher Hacker (owner) for a variance to allow the primary structure of the property 20’ from the right of way instead of the required 25’ setback (variance of 5’) on property at 136 Hillwood Dr, Lake City Minnesota 55041, and legally described as:  JEWEL SECOND ADDITION Lot-001 Block-001, Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing.   Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
