City of Lake City - Board of Adjustment - March 5, 2026 Miller Hearing

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Brad Miller for a variance to allow the replacement of a detached garage 3 feet from the side property line rather than the required 6 feet side yard setback (variance of 3 feet). The property is located at 411 N Franklin St. and legally described as: LAKE CITY Lot-003 Block-006, Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
People desiring to address the Board are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
