Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Russell Boe, Faye Brown, Amy Alkire, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath, Robert Newsome
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Attorney Sarah Sonsalla, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitch Rigelman, City Clerk Michelle Seydel
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Call to Order and Introductions
Review, Adopt, or Amend Agenda
Motion by Brown, second Alkire to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Informational Reports
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c)(3), to consider offers for the purchase of real property located at 106 S. Washington Street, Lake City and Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals.
Motion by Brown, second Kramer to close the meeting at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c)(3), to consider offers for the purchase of real property located at 106 S. Washington Street, Lake City. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, second Newsome to open the closed meeting at 5:19 p.m. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Boe, second Brown to close the meeting at 5:20 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Newsome, second Boe to open the closed meeting at 5:55 p.m. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, second Newsome to adjourn the meeting at 5:56 p.m. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
