Members Present: Amy Alkire, Robert Newsome, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath, Faye Brown
Members Absent:    Russell Boe, Mayor Brian Quinn
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Clerk, Kari Schreck, Finance Director Jerome Illg
President Pro Tem McGrath called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion Alkire, second Kramer to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes 5-0-0.
Smith Schafer & Associates 2024 Financial summary and audit
Andrew Forliti, Audit Principal with Smith Schafer & Associates, reviewed the 2024 financial statement with the council. The City is in good financial standing and was reaffirmed as AA stable rating.
2026 Budget Materials
Staff prepared a very high level 2026 budget projection based upon various assumptions that are notated.
Motion Alkire, second Newsome to adjourn the meeting at 5:41 p.m. All ayes 5-0-0.
