Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

Mayor Quinn thanked the Veterans in our community.
Review and adopt/amend agenda
Motion Brown, second Alkire to adopt agenda. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Public Forum
Dave Asleson – 1501 North High Street
Discussed concerns about traffic on 61 two-lane highway on the north end of town. There are only 4 turn lanes, paired with the higher speeds Asleson stated his concerns about entering the highway and speeds of vehicles. Suggested a roundabout, stop lights, and/or lowering the speed limit.

Motion McGrath, second Alkire to adopt Resolution 25-054 establishing fees and service charges for the City of Lake City for 2026. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Approve Resolution 25-055 for a minor subdivision by Scott Jorgenson
Motion by Alkire, second Brown to approve Resolution 25-055 for a minor subdivision for Scott Jorgenson as described in the resolution. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Approve budget adjustment for classification appeals to 2025 pay study
Motion by Brown, second Alkire to Approve budget adjustment for classification appeals to 2025 pay study. All ayes. 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business
Approve Resolution 25-030 authorizing the return of The Wave structure to its original location
Motion by Boe, second Alkire to approve Resolution 25-030 authorizing the return of The Wave Structure to its original location with the resolution amended with Mayor Quinn’s clear conditions. 4 ayes, 3 nays. 4-3-0. Motion carried.
