Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Russell Boe, Faye Brown, Amy Alkire, Megan Kramer, Robert Newsome
Members Absent: Cindy McGrath
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitch Rigelman, City Clerk Michelle Seydel
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review and adopt/amend agenda
Motion by Brown, second Kramer to adopt the agenda. All ayes. 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Informational Report
Review Updated 2026 Budget Information
New Business
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals.
Motion by Boe, second Alkire to close the meeting at 5:30 p.m. All ayes. 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, second Newsome to open the meeting at 6:30 p.m. All ayes. 6-0-0. Motion carried.

Motion by Newsome, second Alkire to adjourn at 6:31 p.m. All ayes. 6-0-0. Motion carried.
